By accessing or using Sente ("the Service"), operated by Shimi Razilov ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Sente is an AI-powered browser automation platform that enables users to create and execute automated tests using natural language descriptions. The Service includes web-based access to our automation tools, test execution capabilities, reporting features, and related functionality.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription & Billing

Sente offers subscription-based plans with different usage limits:

• Free Plan: 30 minutes/month, 1 concurrent session, 2 projects
• Pro Plan ($79/month): 200 minutes/month, 3 concurrent sessions, unlimited projects, scheduling, API access
• Team Plan ($299/month): 800 minutes/month, 10 concurrent sessions, unlimited projects, 5 team seats

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Paddle. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Perform unauthorized security testing on third-party systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use automated scripts to abuse or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sente and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including test scripts and automation configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sente shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
